1) Full payment must be made before order are processed.

4) Dolly Polly will NOT held any responsible for any lost/damage parcel during mailing via Normal mail. Therefore, Registered mail is highly recommended. (addtional $3.00)
5) Postage price will vary, depending on the weight of the item(s).
6) Please take note that the postage fees will be bear by Dolly Polly's customer.
7) Pre-Order may takes about 3 ~ 4 weeks WORKING DAY (excluding sat, sun, public holiday or peak season) to arrive after the closing dates of our Spree.
Please understand that due to the weather or some other unexpected crisis ( example: mistake by supplier, earthquak, flood etc) Stock will be delay. Will inform if such unexpected arises.
8) No meet up unless specify for Instock item(s).
9) Upon purchasing any of our item(s) in the Spree period, you agreed to the request period of waiting.
10) Dolly Polly reserves any rights to extend our Pre-order date. If the said, minimum order/quantity of our supplier does not meet.
11) Dolly Polly will NOT be responsible for any missing, detects, damages cause in the shipment or wrong shipment, delays by Merchant/SingPost.
12) Please allow 2 ~ 4 working days for the parcel to be delivered to you. Kindly take note that SingPost do not arrange delivery on Saturdays & are CLOSED on Sundays/PH(s).
13) Dolly Polly do not refunds, returns or exchange UNLESS item(s) are Out-Of-Stock.
14) Dolly polly reserves the rights to reject any order at our own discretion.
15) Dolly Polly will take legal actions against fraud cases. (e.g. Faking payment).
